Here we are. The young, broke, and fabulous, fresh to blogging couple. We hope you all will enjoy this blog of ours. This is where we are going to detail all of the happenings in our lives. Starting with the planning of our wedding.
The wedding is set for March 18, 2012. This date holds special significance because my parents, Mary Manis nee Byers and Johnnie Larkin Manis were married on this same date in 1960. Tres chic that we should share the same wedding anniversary, no?
Along with this little blog we will have a YouTube channel. It would be great to have followers on both. As soon as videos start going up we'll post it here. The next posting will be a getting to know you detailing some information on the unlucky groom, Mr. Gillespie and the post following that will be all about the bride.
